Noorse advocaten klagen Israël aan wegens oorlogsmisdaden

Volgens het communiqué van de zes advocaten worden onder andere Israël een "zeer uitgebreide terreuraanval die in het bijzonder de burgers van Gaza viseerde", "het doden van burgers" en "andere onmenselijke daden die enorm veel leed hebben veroorzaakt", aangewreven. Ook voor de "aanvallen op ziekenhuizen, gezondheidscentra en ziekenwagens, de vernielingen op grote schaal van private en publieke eigendommen" en "het illegaal aanwenden van oorlogswapens tegen door burgers bevolkte zones" zou het tiental zich voor de Noorse rechter moeten komen verantwoorden. Sommige van die oorlogswapens - witte fosfor en wapens die DIME bevatten - zijn op zich al illegaal.

The War on Terror is a Hoax

The “war on terror” is a hoax that fronts for American control of oil pipelines, the profits of the military-security complex, the assault on civil liberty by fomenters of a police state, and Israel’s territorial expansion.

There were no al Qaeda in Iraq until the Americans brought them there by invading and overthrowing Saddam Hussein, who kept al Qaeda out of Iraq. The Taliban is not a terrorist organization, but a movement attempting to unify Afghanistan under Muslim law. The only Americans threatened by the Taliban are the Americans Bush sent to Afghanistan to kill Taliban and to impose a puppet state on the Afghan people.

Hamas is the democratically elected government of Palestine, or what little remains of Palestine after Israel’s illegal annexations. Hamas is a terrorist organization in the same sense that the Israeli government and the US government are terrorist organizations. In an effort to bring Hamas under Israeli hegemony, Israel employs terror bombing and assassinations against Palestinians. Hamas replies to the Israeli terror with homemade and ineffectual rockets.

Hezbollah represents the Shi’ites of southern Lebanon, another area in the Middle East that Israel seeks for its territorial expansion.

The US brands Hamas and Hezbollah “terrorist organizations” for no other reason than the US is on Israel’s side of the conflict. There is no objective basis for the US Department of State’s “finding” that Hamas and Hezbollah are terrorist organizations. It is merely a propagandistic declaration.

Daarbij kwam ook nog de munitie met verarmd uranium. Amerika heeft er in Irak tot nog toe 1200 ton van gebruikt, zegt het Pentagon. Volgens veel dokters is dat de oorzaak van de enorme toename van kankergevallen, zowel onder Irakezen als onder Amerikaanse veteranen van de beide Golfoorlogen.

URGENT: Kidnapped by the Israeli Navy

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Date : 11-18-2008 Fifteen Palestinian fishermen along with three internationals have been kidnapped in Palestinian waters by the Israeli Navy. They were fishing seven miles off the coast of Deir Al Balah, clearly in Gaza fishing waters and well within the fishing limit detailed in the Oslo Accords of 1994.

The fishermen and the human right's observers were transferred from 3 separate boats to the Israeli warships. Other Palestinian fishermen reported that the 3 boats were seen being taken north by the Israeli Navy.

Tutu urges Israel 'war crime' probe

Desmond Tutu, the South African archbishop, has said that Israel may have committed a war crime when it attacked the town of Beit Hanoun in Gaza two years ago, killing 19 people. WHO IS TRYING TO SHATTER THE GAZA TRUCE? ~~ J'ACCUSE ISRAEL!

Is it not conceivable that a nation operating a spy ring against a ‘friendly nation’ could possibly have paid infiltrators working in what they consider to be ‘enemy territory’? Personally, the way Israel has behaved over the past 60 years, I would not put anything past them. They have proven time and time again that they cannot be trusted, nor can those nations that continue to support them.

I understand that today the UN Security Council met regarding the situation in Gaza, and that a resolution or statement could be forthcoming from the Council in short order.

I urge you to ensure that the Security Council issue no statement and pass no resolution on this matter that does not fully condenm the rocket assault Hamas has been conducting on civilians in southern Israel...

All of us are concerned about the impact of closed border crossings on Palestinian families. However, we have to understand why Israel is forced to do this... Israel has the right to respond while seeking to minimize any impact on civilians.

The Security Council should clearly and unequivocally condemn the rocket attacks... If it cannot bring itself to make these common sense points, I urge you to ensure that it does not speak at all.
