Marc Dutroux is a Belgian convicted serial killer, rapist, and child molestor. He was convicted in 1989 for the abduction and rape of five children.

Astonishingly, he was released from prison after three years, and some suspect it was because of his supposed connections to the political and royal elite in Belgium. This is an important detail we’ll examine later on.

In 1996, just a couple of years after being released from prison, Dutroux was arrested again for torturing and sexually abusing six girls between the ages of 8 and 19, four of them died. The trial didn’t take place until 2004, where he was then convicted on all charges and sentenced to life in prison. Dutroux’s accomplices included his then wife, Michelle Martin, alongside Michel Lelièvre, Michel Nihoul, and Bernard Weinstein.

Dutroux’s youngest victim, Melissa Russo and Julie Lejeune, were abducted in June 1995. They starved to death in cages in a hidden dungeon under one of his homes. You may think this type of horrific treatment is rare, but our investigations and research into the topic, which has spanned the last decade, suggest it is unfortunately more common than we may want to believe, especially among the world’s ‘elite.’

Hearing From The Victims: The Astonishing Corroboration

The judge presiding over the case , Jean-Marc Connerotte, urged other victims of pedophiles to come forward in light of what happened. Connerotte was actually the one who had arrested Dutroux and saved two teenage girls from his ‘dungeon.’ Regina Louf was one of ten who came forward – she was in her 30’s when she did.

She told investigators how from the age of 12 she’d been ‘given’ by her parents to a family friend, Tony Van den Bogaert, who had a key to their house. He would collect her from school and take her away for weekends to sex parties where she was ‘given’ to other men and secretly filmed having sex with them. ‘It was highly organised,’ she says. ‘Big business. Blackmail. There was a lot of money involved.’

These types of details are not uncommon amongst the world’s elite. For example, Virginia Giuffre, pictured below with Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell, claimed under-oath that Jeffrey Epstein once had three 12-year-old girls from poor families flown in from France as a sick birthday present for himself. Prince Andrew recently reached a settlement with Giuffre, ending that particular sexual assault case.

Louf’s claims of blackmail are similar to the accusations in the Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell saga. In a 2019 interview, senior executive for Israel’s Directorate of Military Intelligence, Ari Ben-Menashe, claimed to have met Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in the 1980s. He said that both Epstein and Maxwell were already working with Israeli intelligence during that time period and that they began a sexual blackmail operation with the purpose of extorting U.S. political and public figures on behalf of Israeli military intelligence. 

In 1996, Louf related her experiences to a police team under carefully filmed and supervised conditions. She described certain regular clients including judges, one of the country’s most powerful politicians (now dead) and a prominent banker. She gave the police the names by which she knew these men, detailed the houses, apartments and districts where she’d been taken with other children to entertain the guests. The police explained that she gave details that were not possible to give unless she was really there.

For example, she described the torture and murder of a 15-year-old girl she knew as Chrissie. Louf insisted both Nihoul and Dutroux were there that night. Nihoul, she claims, took part in the murder, a charge he denied. Dutroux, she says, watched. Christine Van Hees’s body had been found in 1984 dumped in the grounds of a disused mushroom farm on the outskirts of Brussels. The farm was later demolished but in 1996 Louf described to the police team its intricate details, the wallpaper, the sinks, hooks on the ceiling, a network of stairs and adjoining rooms unique to that building.

“This ‘entertainment’ was not just sex, she told the police. It involved sadism, torture and even murder, and again she described the places, the victims and the ways they were killed. One of the regular organisers of these parties, she claimed, was the man she knew as ‘Mich’, Jean Michel Nihoul, ‘a very cruel man. He abused children in a very sadistic way’, she said. Also there, she said, was the young Dutroux.”

She claimed that Dutroux was a boy who brought drugs to these parties, including girls at the time.

This saga became a big case in belgium, hundreds and thousands took to the street in 1996 when Judge Connerotte was taken off the case for attending fundraisers in support of victims of this type of activity. It was said that this created a conflict of interest.

Olenka Frenkiel, a well known award winning journalist managed to secure an interview with Jean Michel Nihoul, which she published in The Guardian.

“During the course of our meal he, apparently playfully, grabbed me, tickling, and finally pulled me over on to him in the restaurant booth until I had to appeal to my colleagues for rescue…He will never come to court, he said, because the information he has about important people in Belgium would bring the government down.”

Things got so bad that in 1996, Belgium’s royal family made an unprecedented public denial of claims that King Albert II attended paedophile sex parties which could link him to associates of the alleged child-murderer, Marc Dutroux.

Co-authored by maverick investigative journalist, Jean Nicholas, the Paedophile Dossier claims that in the 1980s, and before he assumed the throne, the then prince attended paedophile parties. The book argues that Belgian investigators failed to mount a formal case against Dutroux, more than five years after his arrest, because they are afraid their inquiries may embroil leading public figures, including the king.

This is another interesting potential corroboration, as accusations of Royal Family pedophilia have been quite widespread over the past few decades. Most notably in the mainstream, with Prince Andrew and his connection to Jeffrey Epstein.

For example, Peter McKelvie, a former child protection chief in the UK, gained attention when he claimed that senior politicians, military figures and even people linked to the Royal Family were among alleged child sexual abusers. While working in Hereford and Worcester, he helped to convict notorious child abuser Peter Righton, who was once one of the country’s most respected authorities on child care.

British journalist and filmmaker Sonia Poulton has been investigating the dark web of pedophilia for years. Her research was compiled into a documentary called “Pedophiles in Parliament” which also sheds light into this world.

There are hundreds of examples to choose from. In the United States, the Franklin Scandal made waves in 1989. Investigations, whistleblower and child victim accounts alleged that hundreds of children were flown around the US to be abused by high-ranking ‘Establishment’ members on both the left and the right of the political spectrum. Here is a paper published in the Journal of European Psychiatry, which also details the horrific, occult like actions many of these children have experienced.
