Ghislaine Maxwell's undersea charity Terra Mar has raised some significant questions. The more information uncovered about The Terra Mar Project, it's supporters, and partners it would appear the Elite have been using the ocean, and its International Laws to remain elusive, and engage in illegal activity under the guise of saving the ocean.
Multiple webpages have been removed by google, and many internet archives about Ghislaine Maxwell's company. Google wouldn't be assisting in hiding connections to the company, now would they? Thankfully, screenshots remain, particularly about Richard Branson's support of TerraMar.
After Maxwell's arrest, it was discovered she had married Scott Borgerson, who owns the company Cargo Metrics, which claims to have digitalized the global shipping industry. Scott Borgerson described his technology as the "NSA of Global Trade." In the right hands, this may be a useful technology-in the wrong hands, it would be a great way of hide nefarious activities like child trafficking, drug running, organ harvesting and the transfer of nuclear material via the ocean.
The moving of humans and children in shipping containers has been ongoing for many years, many not surviving. It seems to be a prevalent way to smuggle people and children from country to country. On July 7, 2020, Dutch police made a gruesome discovery in shipping containers after encrypted phones were cracked. Shipping containers had been converted into a "torture chamber", complete with a dentist's chair, pliers, scalpels and handcuffs. How many of these types of shipping containers exist, but are never found? In total 7 of these containers were found in the raid. What if this is more prevalent then imagined...and covert happening below sea level?
After all, Jeffrey Epstein owned a dental chair kept in his Florida Mansion bathroom.

Ted Waitt, the tech billionaire and co-founder of Gateway, Inc. after she broke up with Jeffrey Epstein. It would seem his connections were instrumental in Ghislaine's Ocean Project taking off the ground.
Ted Waitt is a billionaire and philanthropist. He attended the University of Iowa and left without earning a degree, much like Epstein. The Company Gateway started on Waitt's father's cattle ranch in Sioux City, Iowa, moved to Sergeant Bluff, Iowa and later to North Sioux City, South Dakota, where they continued to develop their "down-home" branding, complete with computer boxes printed in a black and white Holstein cow pattern. Could this be the reason Jeffrey Epstein had a statue of a Holstein Cow on Pedophile Island?
Ghislaine Maxwell helped Waitt obtain and renovate the Yacht Plan B, which was equipped with a helipad onboard as well as a submarine, which Ghislaine knew how to operate. It is said Waitt's check writing helped secure the Terra Mar Projects place at conferences. This is questionable at best, as Terra Mar was created in 2012. Waitt and Maxwell reportedly broke up in 2010. I wonder if this was not a romance, but a business arrangement? Ted Waitt donated at least $10 million to the William J. Clinton Foundation.
The Waitt Institute is a founding member of Terra Mar, along with National Geographic Pristine Seas, Oceans 5, and Dynamic Planet, of the Blue Prosperity Coalition which "aims to support governments in sustainable oceans management by providing financing, expertise, and tools to create marine protected areas (MPA)."
The TerraMar Project was founded on 26 September 2012 at the Blue Ocean Film Festival and Conservation Conference in Monterey, California, and focused on the 64% of the ocean that lies outside any single country's jurisdiction. Very convenient when moving illegal substances, and people.
What's more interesting, the Terra Mar Project website was hoping to "engage people with its interactive website, where visitors can claim a parcel of the ocean, “friend” a marine species like green turtles or sea otters, take a virtual dive, or find educational projects for parents and teachers. The virtual dive employs the new Google Earth Ocean, which was also premiered at the Blue Ocean festival. Google Oceans provides a similar experience to the search engine’s popular Street Views but on the ocean floor. “Google’s an amazing company that wants people to use their technology,” Maxwell says. “Google Ocean makes the high seas super-attractive and engaging, so we chose to showcase it on our site.”
Coincidentally, the Google Fishing Watch Program was created September 2012. The TerraMar Project was founded on 26 September 2012. The Global Fishing Watch project was originally founded by SkyTruth, Oceana, and Google Earth Outreach, but has since graduated to an independent nonprofit with close to 30 staff across the world and growing.
In 2014, on behalf of the TerraMar Project, Maxwell gave a lecture at the University of Texas at Dallas and later that year, a TED talk, about the importance of ocean conservation. Maxwell also spoke at the United Nations as the founder of the TerraMar Project. She accompanied Stuart Beck, a 2013 TerraMar board member, to two United Nations meetings to discuss the project. Maxwell presented at the Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavik Iceland in 2013. Scott Borgerson, the man she secretly married, was also listed on TerraMar's board of directors for 2013. In June 2014, Maxwell and Borgerson spoke at an event in Washington, DC sponsored by the Council on Foreign Relations, titled “Governing the Ocean Commons: Growing Challenges, New Approaches."
The UN World Oceans Day website still boasts the Terra Mar Project on it's website. Then Secretary of State John Kerry was speaking at the launch event. He stated, "What we need to do with the Global Fishing Watch and Safe Ocean Network, “is grow this network so there is not one square mile of ocean where we cannot prosecute and hold people accountable who violate the standards of sustainability on a global basis. That’s the goal.” Given John Kerry's actions through President Trump's Presidency, it is clear he is part of the shadow government, and is enjoying the freedom and cover these website's provide.
The TerraMar website boasted the support of well-connected “founding citizens” like Richard Branson. Around that time, the Clinton Global Initiative announced a “commitment to action” from the TerraMar Project.
Richard Branson also has a submarine license and has a line of his own submersible subs. After his association with NXIVM, and now Ghislaine Maxwell, when is attention going to turn to his foundations? His Island, Necker Island is in very close proximity to Epstein's Little St. James. A submarine would be a perfect way to travel, and transport "goods" in secret. He also has an "ocean" foundation called Ocean Unite.
Richard Branson owns the submersible vehicle line called the Necker Nymph. It's an open-cockpit submersible vehicle that relies on hydrodynamic forces for anti-lift force, and is buoyant. Sounds cool, and is likely a toy, but what else does he own?
This Deep Sea Sub. Branson puts on a good show, but this is an illusion. Questions need to be asked about Branson, but so far the media has been silent.
Still not convinced the Elite are using Luxury Submarines for nefarious purposes? Russian Oligarch Roman Abramovich also has a submarine license, and owns multiple islands. Are we starting to see a trend?
The Terra Mar website advertised the luxury submarine line "Migaloo." Google has disabled the page, but you can still see where it was on the search engine.
Another product that nobody could afford to own, unless you're in the billionaires club. The founders are from Austria. It's claimed nobody has purchased one yet.
Migaloo also created another product, that I found VERY interesting. It's called Kokomo Island, which is a floating island that can be docked anywhere on the ocean. Imagine what this could be used for? How many are docked in isolated area's all over the world? How many are being hidden by Google Oceans/Maps?
Not only would the elite be able to engage in secret meetings undetected, but could travel to places undetected. The consequences of this are huge. How many Global Elites are in the sub club?
